Watch:

Samsung G5 Smartwatch – One of the best smartwatches on the market today with a custom firmware designed specifically to work with our app. Built in fall detection with direct connectivity to your family. You will have access to vitals, geo location and 2 way voice communication automatically when a fall is detected.

Monthly Service:

The Complete Care plan offers a complete protection service that will ensure your loved ones are protected and monitored even when not wearing the watch. This is the best way to insure you have everything you need for true 24/7 care.

Options:

Professional Monitoring:

Our professional emergency response team monitors your loved one 24/7 with complete visibility to their vitals and possible emergencies (such as a fall) and will communicate directly over the watch with your loved one if anything may be wrong. The Assistance Now app (Apple or Android) will give complete visibility to your loved ones dashboard which includes heart rate, fall information, whereabouts and ability to talk to them.

Personal Care Visits:

With Assistance Now’s personal care program, you or your loved one can have a care professional come out to your home and provide personal assistance such as meal preparation, doctor visits, errands, projects, bathing and general care assistance. This program is for someone that needs some help just once per week or up to 7 days per week. The personal caregiver is there to assist Mom or Dad with anything they need relative to activities of daily living.

These visits will be up to two hours and you pick the amount of days you want and a care professional will be in touch with you. This will be scheduled 48 hours after the completion and setup of your Assistance Now Safety Smartwatch.

Professionals monitor your loved one 24/7 with complete visibility to their vitals and possible emergencies (such as a fall) and will communicate directly over the watch with your loved one if anything may be wrong.

Once an emergency call is received professionals will triage accordingly. Family members will download the Assistance Now app  (Apple or Android) and will have complete visibility to  loved ones dashboard which includes heart rate, fall information, whereabouts and ability to talk to them.

Easy on and off watch band:

A velcro safety strap designed to make putting on the watch a much simpler process. This helps in many ways and is best for seniors or those who struggle with regular watch straps. This is for the Senior Safety Watch.

Wall mounted room sensor:

If there’s a fall, Our Home Sensor will automatically detect it and summon help.
